The Titan Vault begins with a 3/8” thick dual body constructed of a 3/16” carbon steel body, and 3/16” ArmaKnox AR500 inner steel liner. The standard inner AR500 steel liner gives you safe-within-a-safe style security and provides superior protection. In addition to dual steel bodies the Titan has a massive 3/4” door edge thickness held in place by 18 locking bolts.

Our Reinforced Fire Door adds to layers of fire protection to the 3/8" or 1/4" solid steel plate, then it reinforces the door with additional 10-gauge steel for added security (three to four times more steel than other composite type doors). We have found a way to improve on the Reinforced Fire Door. This new folded door adds more steel to the door edge while giving us a cleaner looking edge.
Fort Knox has found that a Unibody Construction retains the natural strength of the steel. We have strategically folded the edge around the door making it the most secure body available and giving the door a deep recessed seat to make it virtually impossible to pry. The technical innovation offered by Fort Knox will give more security than raw weight.
Securing the corners of the door to prevent attacks by prying has been a longtime feature of Fort Knox Vaults. A wide bolt for maximum surface area with long extensions of the bolts gives Fort Knox vaults the complete security lead in the industry.
Fort Knox offers three distinctive finish options: Textured; a thick durable scratch resistant paint finish perfect for garages, shops or storage rooms. Gloss; a beautiful acrylic urethane enamel paint finish with unmatched luster. Or, Distressed; a unique industrial looking finish that shows some aging and random imperfections (No two are the same).
Our patented rack and pinion bank style locking mechanism is the most technically sophisticated and reliable locking system available. Auto manufacturers today use rack and pinion steering because it is a stronger, more precise, positive and a maintenance free system. We have added a clutch to the handle to prevent damage from undue force on the handle.
For added security and maximum protection, Fort Knox offers an option for additional security levels to line the inner walls of your vault. Between Level 1 and Level 4 security can be added to create additional barriers for any burglar trying to breach the inside of the vault.
